CABBAGE HOT DISH 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese

Cook cabbage and onions. Brown ground beef and combine with cabbage. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan with 1 package rolls. Spread with beef-cabbage mixture. Spread on soup. Sprinkle with cheese. Place remaining rolls on top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Vegetables can be added to cabbage mixture if desired. This freezes well.
