SOUR CREAM CHICKEN 
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cloves garlic plus a dash of garlic powder
1 pkg. (sleeve) of Saltine crackers, crushed
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up (I use legs and thighs)

Mix together sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt and garlic. Dip chicken pieces into sour cream mixture. Roll in crumbs. Place in shallow baking dish in a single layer. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until tender and brown.
