WEDDING SALAD 
1 c. soupettes
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, cut smaller and save juice
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Cook the soupettes about 10 minutes. Rinse and drain.

Meanwhile, combine: 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 egg Pineapple juice (saved from above)

Bring this mixture to a boil and add soupettes. Refrigerate until cool and firm. Top with firm and Cool Whip. Add cherries on top, if desired.
