COUNTRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
5 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Cook peas and carrots and drain. Heat cheese, milk, and Miracle Whip over low heat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
