MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
Flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can hot enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
About 1 c. grated cheese

Toast flour tortillas until brown in oven. Crumble in the bottom of oblong cake pan. Brown 1 pound hamburger meat. Then add: enchilada sauce, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup. Pour over tortillas. Add cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
