CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak (cut into thin strips)
1/4 c. olive oil
1 can condensed onion soup with beef stock
1/2 can water (soup can)
1 can whole tomatoes
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 lg. bell pepper, cut into strips
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown steak strips in olive oil. Now add all other ingredients, except cornstarch. After peppers are limp, add you cornstarch (premix it with 2 tablespoons of water). Cook until juice is thick. Serve over rice.
