ONION CASSEROLE 
1 lg. Vidalia onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
Bread crumbs
butter

Boil onion until tender. Place in 2 quart casserole. Stir in soup, cheese and sour cream. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
