1 can water packed tuna
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise or enough to handle other ingredients

Best on pumpernickel or pumpernickel-raisin toast or toasted bagel.
