TOFU WITH CABBAGE 
2 tofu cakes
1/2 cabbage
1/2 red pepper
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
2 carrots
1 stalk celery
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. paprika
1 garlic
Tip of curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tomato

Fry tofu in hot oil, fry both side until brown. Remove when finished. Put in bowl and add soy sauce. Fry onions with peppers for 2 minutes. Add chopped celery, tomatoes, cut up cabbage and small carrots, put in pot. Cover, steam for 5 minutes. Then add tofu and seasoning. Stir, add salt, if desired, not necessary. Stir, cover for 3 minutes.
