TUNA AND CABBAGE QUICK DISH 
1 can tuna
3 leaves cabbage
2/3 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. sake
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Salt
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Open can of tuna, drain water and break into pieces. Cut cabbage in bite size. Boil soup, sake, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Add tuna and cabbage. Cook 4 minutes. Put everything in a dish, sprinkle parsley on the top.
