OVERNIGHT FRUIT SALAD 
1 can seedless grapes
1 can pineapple tidbits
Miniature marshmallows, your own judgment
1 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of salt
1 can mandarin oranges
8 maraschino cherries, quartered
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Drain all fruit. In double boiler, put in egg, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Cook until custard like, stirring occasionally. Cool. Whip the whipping cream and then fold in the cooled custard. Add fruit and refrigerate overnight.
