CHRISTMAS CASSEROLE 
4 pieces of white bread
4 c. cooked ham or sausage
2 c. cheese, grated
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. onions
3/4 tsp. water

Layer bread, meat, and cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion and water. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Cook in preheated 350°F oven for about 1 hour, uncovered.
