HAM LOAF | |
1 lb. cured ham 1 lb. fresh pork 1 lb. beef 2 c. Post Toasties 1 c. milk 3 eggs SAUCE: 1 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 3/4 c. boiling water Mix the loaf ingredients well. Put in long narrow pan. Pour sauce over the loaf and bake in open pan for 2 hours at 350 degrees. |
