“SHERRY FUDGE” IS IN:

SHERRY FUDGE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup Sherry
1 egg yolk
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Melt chocolate and butter in Sherry over hot, not boiling water. Add egg yolk to sifted sugar. Add chocolate mixture to sugar; mix thoroughly. Add more Sherry if necessary.

Add nuts and vanilla.

Spread in 8x8-inch buttered pan or dish; refrigerate.

Makes 12 servings.
