SPINACH CASSEROLE 
6 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
1 pkg. onion soup
16 oz. container sour cream
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. shredded med. Cheddar cheese

Mix well. Put in large casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1 stick butter, melted

Top with dressing mix and pour melted butter over dressing. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
