SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
2 pkg. spinach leaves
1 can bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 hard-boiled eggs
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, grated
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients for dressing with a mixer. Clean spinach thoroughly. Pour dressing over spinach and top with bean sprouts, water chestnuts, hard-boiled eggs, and bacon. Let salad sit overnight before serving.
