PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar (white)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts, chopped

In large bowl beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in rest of ingredients and beat well. Pour in 2 bread pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
