CHINESE CHICKEN LINGUINE 
5-6 med. onions
Bunch of celery
Water chestnuts
Bamboo shoots
1 lb. linguine
Soy sauce
Bean sprouts
Broccoli tops
Slivered almonds
Cut up chicken, turkey, or beef
Dry hot mustard
Chinese noodles

Stir fry vegetables in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cut up meat and add soy sauce, mustard, almonds. Boil linguine al-dente. Add Chinese noodles on top. Serve with hot tea and fresh-cut pineapple.
