BLUEBERRY DELIGHT 
1 c. boiling water
1 env. (1 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
1 can (21 oz.) blueberry pie filling
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon-flavored gelatin
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Pour 1 cup boiling water on unflavored gelatin in 1 quart bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in pie filling, pour into ungreased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

Pour 1 cup boiling water on lemon flavored gelatin in 2 quart bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Refrigerate until slightly thickened but not set. Stir in cream cheese and mayonnaise, beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in marshmallows. Pour on gelatin in pan. Refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
