FUDGE NOUGATS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in medium saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stir constantly. Boil 10 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat, stir occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread 12 x 8 inch pan. Top with walnut halves.
