FUDGE NOUGATS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. crushed graham crackers
3/4 c. flour
Walnuts, if desired
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, milk and butter and boil for 10 minutes. Blend in chips and stir until melted. Add crumbs, vanilla, flour and nuts. Pour into buttered 12 x 8 pan. Cool and cut.

Very easy - very rich fudge. This came from DuWayne's great aunt, Vie, who brought some to every Christmas.
