RHUBARB CRUMBLE | |
1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 3/4 c. rolled oats 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 c. diced rhubarb Step 1: Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Step 2: Cook and stir until thick and clear. Step 3: Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. press half into bottom of greased 9 inch layer pan. Step 4: Cover crumble with rhubarb, powdered sugar mixture over rhubarb and top with remaining crumble. Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
