RHUBARB CRUMBLE PUDDING 
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Press 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of a greased 8 or 9-inch baking dish. Place rhubarb mixture on top of crumbs and sprinkle balance of crumbs on top of rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Very good warm with ice cream.
