COLE SLAW 
5 c. shredded cabbage
1 sm. onion
1/2 green pepper
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and pour over cabbage. Let stand 6 hours.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vinegar (red cider vinegar)
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix well. Pour over slaw.
