FRESH FRUIT TORTE 
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon and sugar
Peaches, apples and or blueberries

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, then beat in flour and baking powder. Add vanilla. Pour batter into a 9 inch round cake pan. Cover top with sliced fruits. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
