HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
Chicken (breast, leg or thighs)
2 bottles Hunts Hawaiian style barbeque sauce
Peppers
Onion
Carrots
1 can pineapple chunks
Aluminum roasting pan

Mix barbeque sauce, pineapple chunks, pieces of pepper and onion, sliced carrots and some juice from pineapple in roaster. Then add washed and skinned chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and place on gas grill on High until boiling, then turn down and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours with lid down, stirring occasionally until chicken is done. Serve over rice.
