RED VELVET CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 oz. red food coloring

Add cake ingredients; mix well. Bake in three cake pans for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 box confectioner's sugar

Spread on cooled cake.
