ELECTRIC SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE
 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Set electric skillet at 340 degrees. Add sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Stir until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off skillet. Add marshmallow creme and peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter melt and blend into candy. Pour into lightly buttered 8"x8" pan until cool. Cut into squares and serve.
