PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. persimmon
1/2 c. walnut meats
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. milk

Mix well together. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
