GRANDMA'S PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter

Beat together until mixed.

2 c. flour
1 c. persimmon pulp
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp. hot water
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix with first ingredients. Bake in a greased baking pan or dish for one hour at 350 degrees. Stir after it has baked for a half hour.
