HELEN'S PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
2 c. persimmon pulp 2 c. sugar, can mix brown and white 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 1/3 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. melted butter 2 c. milk Mix sugar, eggs, butter, pulp, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake about 1 hour at 325-350 degrees. Serve slightly warm with real whipped cream. |
