BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 or 1 tsp. Beau Monde

Mix together and add: 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix into first ingredients.

Add:

Makes about 1 quart. Keeps well.
