6 c. water
1 tbsp. Crisco
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. box pastina
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 tbsp. grated Romano cheese

Boil water with Crisco. Add parsley and salt. Add pastina, when cooked beat 1 egg with Romano cheese. Add to pasta broth.
