BAKED PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 5 slices soft white bread, cubed 4 lg. eggs 1 (22 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in cubed bread. Pour in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
