CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. cold butter
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in oats. Reserve 1 1/2 cups mixture; press remainder into 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Meanwhile in large mixer bowl, beat cheese, granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk and vanilla, then lemon juice; beat well. Pour over crust, sprinkle with reserved mix. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool refrigerator.
