BAKED POTATO SLIMS 
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
4 med. Idaho potatoes OR 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen Idaho French fries
1/4 c. grated Romano Or Parmesan cheese
1 env. Shake 'n Bake seasoned coating mix for chicken
Aluminum foil

Mix water with oil and Tabasco. Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch strips or use frozen French fries. Toss potatoes in water, oil and Tabasco mixture. Mix cheese with shake 'n bake in bag. Place 8 to 10 strips in bag at one time. Shake until evenly coated. Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes (20 to 25 for frozen).
