WILD RICE SOUP 
1/2 c. wild rice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion
3 cans mushroom soup
2 cans chicken broth
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 lb. bacon

Or 2 cans mushroom and 1 can cheddar cheese

Boil wild rice 15 minutes and drain. Fry bacon and break in pieces. Fry the celery and onion in the bacon grease. Drain most of grease off and add to other ingredients. Put in crock pot and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
