SKILLET SAUSAGE 'N' POTATOES | |
1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced 1/4" thick 2 tbsp. oil 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes 1 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning In a large non-stick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat about 3 minutes until brown. Remove with slotted spoon. Add oil to skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, onion and seasoning. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring one. Stir in sausage and heat thoroughly. Makes 4 servings. |
