CHOCOLATE REFRIGERATOR DESSERT 
1 Jiffy cake, chocolate
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped chocolate chips
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Make a Jiffy chocolate cake mix according to directions. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake just 15 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, pudding and milk. Pour over cool cake, let set a few minutes. Spread on Cool Whip. Sprinkle on top of Cool Whip the walnuts and chocolate chips. Keep in refrigerator.
