CHRISTMAS SPICE POTPOURRI (NOT
TO BE EATEN)
 
2 cinnamon sticks broken into pieces
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1 tbsp. allspice (whole)
1 tbsp. whole pickling spice
2 tbsp. grated orange rind

Place spices into one quart boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer, adding water as needed. Refrigerate and reuse throughout holiday season.
