MERRY CHRISTMAS CAULIFLOWER
RELISH
 
1/2 med. cauliflower, raw, broken in flowerets
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, sliced
1/4 c. red pepper, sliced
1/2 c. onion, slice in rings
1/2 c. sweet pickles, cut in chunks
White vinegar
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Drain first 6 ingredients thoroughly on paper towel and place in refrigerator container. Over this pour vinegar, salt and pepper and enough sugar to prevent it from being unpleasantly sour. Cover tightly, refrigerate and chill for 6 hours or overnight.
