CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (4 or 5 lb.) hen
4 eggs, boiled and cut up
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sweet salad cubes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. salad dressing

Cook the hen in simmering, salted water until tender. Drain and cool. Remove skin. Remove chicken from bones and cut in small pieces. Add all ingredients and mix well. Chill.
