BROCCOLI POTATO SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (10 oz.)
1 tbsp. med. onion
2 cans cream of potato soup
10 oz. milk (may use soup can to measure)
1 c. sour cream

Cook broccoli with onion in 1 1/4 cups water. Drain well - reserve liquid. In large pot, blend soup, 1 can milk, 1 can reserved liquid. Heat thoroughly. Add 1 cup sour cream; blend. Do not boil. Stir in green food coloring (optional) then add broccoli.
