BROCCOLI OR POTATO SOUP 
6 c. water
Broccoli or potatoes
3/4 c. onion
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 c. half and half
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. water

Boil 6 cups of water. Add broccoli or potatoes however much you like. (2 bunches of broccoli or 5 to 6 good sized potatoes) Add seasonings, simmer until tender. Add cheese, turn down heat, let cheese melt and stir until it is all melted. Add half and half and butter, stir and heat to boiling. Mix flour and water and add to soup, stirring.
