BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork loin or rib chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Dash of pepper

Arrange pork chops on roasting rack with meatiest portions to outside. Mix Worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper. Brush half of the mixture over pork chops. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes, turn the pork chops. Brush the rest of the mixture and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
