NUT TASSIES 
CRUST:

1/4 lb. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. flour

Mix ingredients together; press in and around cupcake tins.

FILLING:

1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
Pinch of salt
Vanilla
1 tbsp. melted butter

TOPPING:

1/2 c. or more chopped nuts

Make filling and fill tins about 2/3 full. Put chopped pecans on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees, then 10 minutes at 250 degrees.

NOTE: You usually have to double the filling recipe to have enough to fill the crusts.
