TERIYAKI STEAK 
1 lb. rump steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Mix together soy, sugar, juice, ginger and garlic. Marinate steak cubes several hours. Put meat on skewers. Broil, basting frequently with marinade until tender. Serves 4.
