ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
1-1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. frozen orange juice, undiluted
6 c. (about 2 lb.) cooked, sliced carrots

In large skillet, melt butter. Stir in sugar and orange juice concentrate until thoroughly blended. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add carrots and cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute or until carrots are heated through. Yield: 8 servings.
