1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate (9x1 1/4 inches). Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute in blender or 2 minutes with mixer). Bake 50-55 minutes.
