STRAWBERRY - PECAN CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. strawberries
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Mix cake mix and Jello dry. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add Wesson oil and milk. Add strawberries, pecans, and coconut. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake in 350 degrees oven.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. drained strawberries
1/2 c. pecans (chopped)
1/2 c. coconut

Mix sugar and butter and cream cheese together. Add pecans and coconut. Add 1/2 of the strawberries. Add strawberries until icing is easy to spread.
